- To send you products you have purchased in our web shop
- To keep you updated on our projects, fundraising campaigns and other activities
- To market new projects, fundraising campaigns and other activities directly to you
How long do we store your personal data?
We store your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes stated above. Once this has been done, your personal information is no longer required for us to keep and we remove it from our system.
For companies, information is stored for two years after the last interaction or contact with Education Nepal.
For individuals, personal information, including credit card details, is stored for two years after the last interaction or contact with Education Nepal.
What are your rights regarding your personal data?
We may use information about you for our organisation’s operational purposes, but all information we collect and store about you belongs to you.

Who may access your personal data?
Personal information used for sales and marketing purposes may be accessed by the Education Nepal team.
Your information regarding payments, such as credit card details, may only be accessed by Education Nepal’s Head of Finance and President.
